What is the "Taco Bell"? Why in the name bears the words "Taco" (tortilla and something else wrapped in it) and "Bell" (Bell)?
Taco Bell is a chain of Mexican restaurants (?) That has a great reputation in the U.S. and is called the "Taco Bell" (come on, that if Mexican food, the "bell" should be in English) because the owner (one hundred percent American) last name is Bell.
This is not a commercial or anything, in life I tried a stack of these and does not thinkand it is only that an American knows what Mexican food?.
I saw the menu and enter a shock of indignation because, according to Taco Bell, the "chubby" are tomatoes into chunks and marinated meat and mozzarella cheese boats. If you're Mexican, you'll know that none of these aberrations exists all across the country, even though the various ways in which dishes are prepared in each state. For that, and I'm already annoyed that they think the burritos are Mexican (Note: THE MEXICAN BURRITOS ARE NOT), I decided to expose those who do believe that Mexican food can be sold as if we were in McDonald's.
'll start with the tacos, taco viewrg, the filling is not going alone, no! always surround elements to enhance its flavor peak. Cilantro, onion, cactus, cheese and sauces, are responsible for completing the taco.
filling depend companions, but that never fails is the sauce. Green, Red, macha, guacamole, chipotle and guajillo, later I talk about them.
The quesadilla, quesadilla left the "Taco Bell" that look more like a pancake and right Mexican quesadillas (Note: There are too soft quesadillas)
The
landfills have less variety but usually only carry one type at a time (ica the cue and the others are boats Puebla, the bottom ones, boats Guerrero.
The Puebla are the most know (and like), the tortilla on a griddle underwater (?) Full of lard (pork fat) melted, so the tortilla fleet that you can add the sauce, green or red and puts beef into strips, then the onion and served in droves (the plate of the picture is very poor).
The "enchirito" which I guess is a sad attempt and enchilada enchiladas (green because I like more). Eye! the cheese is melted, if it is that makes them Swiss enchiladas (I do not know if they are so in Switzerland). & nbsare round and are served in plastic bags to eat while walking. Not that those things are twisted, but when leaving the school in the afternoon, fruit with chile and lemon are a classic. On the other hand ... only eat nachos at the movies, I personally do not like cheese that tastes bad.
street Mexican food is par excellence, at least all things greasy Garnacha and, therefore, if not drained of fat whether or not leave any trace on the plate, is that it is authentic. So my complaint here, I hope I never eat Taco Bell. We then read
